Hey there, lovely ladies of Minneapolis/St. Paul! If you're craving a break from the hustle and bustle, and a chance to recharge your spirit, then this is the club for you!
The Women Rise Up - Hike2Heal Club is a community of amazing, godly women who get together once a month to hike Minnesota's stunning trail systems. And here's the cherry on top: we set aside time part-way through the hike for journaling and coaching tools that will help you deepen your intimacy with Jesus and facilitate a healthier, more balanced life.
This unique monthly experience offers four elements that research has shown are core to our overall health and wellbeing: community, coaching, exercise, and time in nature. It's a soul-nourishing experience like no other!
This month, we are doing a day trip up the north shore of Lake Superior to hike the Knife River Trail near Duluth. The first week in October is peak fall colors in northern Minnesota - a spectacular view you won’t want to miss! Join us for a road trip, 5-mile hike, lunch, and a great coaching experience!
So why wait? Come join us for a day of sisterhood, self- discovery, and pure joy. Your wellbeing will thank you for it!
Surround yourself with women who love you for who you are Uncover new insights about yourself and see yourself through the eyes of God Deepen your intimacy with Jesus through journaling and coaching tools Boost your brain activity and joy with some energizing exercise and forest bathing Indulge in fun-filled fellowship and nourishing conversations over lunch
